Freedom Life Home

This outreach in India rescues homeless children from the lowest caste who have been sex trafficked. They now live in a home with wonderful house parents.

Freedom Life Childrens Home

India continues to suffer from the caste system, and those on the lowest rung are often destitute. In any society desperation can lead to addictions, and in urban settings these young people become vulnerable to trafficking. Often it’s first for petty theft, then for sex. An Impact Team found that babies were being born to these addicts in cavities under the railway tracks in an urban setting. These children were soon trafficked too. Working with local pastors and their wives a dream was born to rescue these children. Freedom Life Home started in a small apartment but soon outgrew that space. A larger rented facility has served them for a season, but now they are building a home where the children can have better access to education, clean water, sunshine, and outdoor play. This will also make room for more children. Thank you for joining with us as we celebrate the Freedom Life Children’s Home!
